At Smiffys Trade Worldwide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are unworn, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Smiffys account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your unique authorization form.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
